What we provide

Sight & Sound CDL offers online study material to help you prepare for the New York Class A CDL written knowledge tests in General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Combination Vehicles.

Our lessons are independent study content. We are not the New York DMV or any government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Completing our lessons does not give you a license, permit, certificate or credential.

We do not provide behind-the-wheel training or Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT). We cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam, or get any job or income. Official DMV fees, tests and any required training are separate from us and paid to or arranged with those providers.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you create your account and keep your password private.
• Your account is for your own personal study. You may take personal study notes. Please do not share your login, resell access, or publicly redistribute our lesson materials.
• Tell us at support@sightandsoundcdl.com if you think someone else has used your account.

General Knowledge Lesson 1 is free to open with a signed-in student account. No purchase is needed for it.

Paid bundle

Purchasing is not available yet. When checkout opens, these terms apply to the New York Class A Permit-Prep Bundle:

• Price: $79 USD, one-time payment. Any applicable taxes are shown in the checkout total before you pay.
• Access: 90 days, starting from your successful payment.
• This purchase does not renew automatically.
• Includes General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Combination Vehicles.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of payment. See our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Other endorsement courses shown on the site are planned. They are not currently available to buy and are not included in this bundle.
