Information we keep

• Account: your first name, email address and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by our sign-in service.
• Study activity: lessons and concepts you open or finish, your saved place, the results of your practice answers and your review list.
• Purchases (once checkout opens): a record of your order, such as the amount, status, payment date, access end date and Stripe reference numbers.
• Refund requests: the request date, status and any reason you choose to give.
• Messages: anything you send to our support email.
• Technical records: our hosting and service providers keep routine logs, such as requests to the site and errors, to keep the service running and secure.

Payment details

Card and payment details are entered into and collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. We store the purchase record described above.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, save your progress, give you the lessons you have access to, process purchases and refund requests, send account emails such as sign-up confirmation or password reset, answer your questions, and keep the service working.

Services that help us

• Lovable (with Supabase) hosts the website, accounts, database, file storage and account emails.
• Stripe processes payments and refunds.
• Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when pages load.

Browser storage

We use your browser's storage to support your sign-in session and to keep local study state on your device. Stripe may use its own technology during checkout.

Your choices

To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account, email support@sightandsoundcdl.com from your account email. We may need to confirm it's you.
