Refund Policy
You can request a refund within 7 days of your payment. Purchasing is not open yet; this policy applies once checkout opens.

The request window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your successful payment for the New York Class A Permit-Prep Bundle.
How to request
- Sign in and open My Account. Next to your purchase, choose to request a refund. A reason is optional.
- If you can't sign in or can't reach My Account, email support@sightandsoundcdl.com.
When you email, include the email on your account and your order reference or purchase date if you have it. Never send card numbers or other payment details.
What happens next
Every request is reviewed by a person. Sending a request does not refund your payment automatically. You can see your request's status in My Account.
If a refund is issued, your bundle access ends. Your free General Knowledge Lesson 1 stays available with your account.
